By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
www.laptopfranchise616.com is operated by Paul Wells, an authorized licensee of Laptop Franchise LLC. The Laptop Franchise System is owned and operated by Laptop Franchise LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. All core policies, legal terms, and support functions described herein are administered centrally by Laptop Franchise LLC.
1. About This Site
Paul Wells operates www.laptopfranchise616.com as an authorized franchise of Laptop Franchise LLC. By engaging with this site, scheduling a call, or submitting your information, you are entering into a relationship governed by these Terms and the policies of Laptop Franchise LLC.
2. The Service
The Laptop Franchise System includes access to:
A provisioned GoHighLevel sub-account containing funnels, automations, CRM, forms, calendars, lead scoring, and media library
The Members Hub, including onboarding training, operational guides, weekly group calls, and community support
A dedicated setter and closer team for inbound lead management and sales call coverage
Ongoing System updates pushed to your GoHighLevel account
Technical support through the Members Hub support feed
Two onboarding setup calls (Funnel Setup and Meta Setup) at initial onboarding
Access to the ad creative media library
Automated data capture systems for tracking advertising metrics and performance
The System does not include any guarantee of income, results, or business success. Full details of what is and is not included are outlined in the License Agreement executed at the time of purchase.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing access to the System, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law.
4. Pricing and Payment
Access to the Laptop Franchise System is available through an annual license fee of Twenty Thousand Dollars (USD $20,000) per License Year, due and payable in full at the time of purchase.
The license fee is fully earned by Laptop Franchise LLC upon receipt.
Pricing is presented during a one-on-one sales consultation and is not displayed publicly on this website.
Payment is collected at the close of the sales call via our designated payment processor.
Purchaser is solely responsible for any taxes arising from the purchase or operation of their business.
5. Refund Policy
Laptop Franchise LLC understands that circumstances can change, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy.
5.1 Partial Refund Window
A 50% partial refund of the License Fee paid will be issued if a refund is requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within this window.
The refund is limited to 50% because Laptop Franchise LLC incurs immediate costs upon purchase, including but not limited to account provisioning, onboarding resource allocation, setter and closer team access, and system setup.
5.2 No Refund After 14 Days
After the fourteen (14) day window has passed, all fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any reason after this period, including but not limited to:
Failure to use the System
Dissatisfaction with results
Changes in personal or financial circumstances
Failure to maintain active Enagic distributor status
5.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact our central support team in writing at:

Include your full name, date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honored regardless of circumstance.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your participation in the Laptop Franchise program at any time by providing written notice to Laptop Franchise LLC. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund outside of the 14-day partial refund window described in Section 5.
Upon cancellation:
Your access to the System, Members Hub, GoHighLevel sub-account, and all associated resources will be suspended immediately.
Your GoHighLevel sub-account data will be retained for ninety (90) days following cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
6.2 Annual Renewal and Non-Renewal
The Laptop Franchise license automatically renews for successive one-year terms upon payment of the then-current License Fee. If you do not wish to renew:
You must provide written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date.
Laptop Franchise LLC will provide written notice of your upcoming renewal and the applicable fee no less than thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in automatic renewal and the associated fee being charged.
6.3 Cancellation by Laptop Franchise LLC
Laptop Franchise LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the System for cause, including but not limited to:
Breach of the License Agreement
Unauthorized sharing of System access or materials
Making fraudulent income claims in connection with the System
Conduct damaging to the Laptop Franchise brand
Failure to maintain active Enagic distributor status beyond the applicable cure period
Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Laptop Franchise System and brand — including trademarks, software, automations, funnels, training content, ad creatives, and operational documentation — is the exclusive property of Laptop Franchise Holding LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the System for the operation of your independent business only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any component of the System
Share or distribute System access or materials to any unauthorized party
Use the System to build a competing platform or training program
Represent yourself as an employee, agent, partner, or co-owner of Laptop Franchise LLC
8. Earnings Disclaimer
Laptop Franchise LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the amount of income, revenue, or profit that any licensee may earn. Individual results will vary significantly based on effort, consistency, advertising investment, market conditions, and adherence to the System.
Some licensees may earn significant income. Others may earn little or no income. Any income figures or projections shared during sales presentations or marketing materials are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of results.
The System is designed to generate leads through paid advertising. Advertising results are subject to factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, ad account restrictions, and market conditions.
9. Independent Business Operator
You are an independent business operator and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Laptop Franchise LLC or Paul Wells. You have no authority to bind either party to any obligation, and neither Laptop Franchise LLC nor Paul Wells is responsible for your business decisions, advertising spend, or financial outcomes.
10. Third-Party Platforms
The Laptop Franchise System operates in connection with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Meta, and community platforms. These are independent services not owned or controlled by Laptop Franchise LLC. We are not responsible for any interruption, policy change, or discontinuation of these platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
The Laptop Franchise System also operates in connection with Enagic International's independent distributor program. Enagic is a separate, independent company with no affiliation with Laptop Franchise LLC. Your Enagic distributor license is a separate transaction governed entirely by Enagic's own policies and compensation plan.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laptop Franchise LLC's total liability to you shall not exceed the total license fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
In no event shall Laptop Franchise LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Good Faith Negotiation
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute.
12.2 Binding Arbitration
If not resolved through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted by a single arbitrator in Wyoming or by remote means if mutually agreed.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You expressly waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Laptop Franchise LLC. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.
12.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
Laptop Franchise LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
For licensees who have executed a License Agreement, that agreement, together with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior representations, including any made during sales calls or promotional presentations.
